Barrie B. Bowers

Barrie B. Bowers is an attorney with in-house experience for a major apartment  real estate investment trust who understands the needs of property management and other real estate companies. She has extensive experience in a full range of property management issues, real estate transactions, outdoor advertising, and landlord-tenant and fair housing laws, including representing clients before the Virginia Real Estate and Fair Housing Boards.

Barrie provides in-house training on a broad range of property management legal issues and has expertise in negotiation of contracts with providers of voice, data and video including cable and telephone companies. For real estate clients, Barrie regularly handles sales, acquisition and other property transactions, ranging from easements to single asset purchases to portfolio transactions. Barrie’s diligent approach from the beginning to end of any project helps maintain a focus on the finish line, while anticipating and attending to the details of the project along the way.

Roger G. Bowers

Roger G. Bowers, Manager of FutureLaw, has represented business and development clients for more than 20 years. Roger has substantial experience with all aspects of real estate, land use, development, construction and renovation. He advises clients on numerous corporate, financing, procurement, leasing and local government matters. Roger’s background in title, survey and construction industries gives him practical knowledge that is so important on development projects. Outside of the practice of law, Roger is an active owner who manages and develops real estate assets, through Capital Realty & Investment Company.

Cindy L. Gantnier

Cindy L. Gantnier, Counsel at FutureLaw, has represented business clients for more than 20 years. She has a wide range of experience with clients in the consumer products and financial industries.

Cindy provides legal and business guidance to clients in the alternative energy and real estate development fields. Her background in business litigation provides a comprehensive approach to resolving business issues and a solid framework for commercial negotiations.
